April to October each year are usually very busy. I recommend booking 6 - 12 months in advance when possible.

Terms of Payment & Cancellation 

• All Overlays including photos, audio and videos must be submitted at least one (1) weeks before the event.
• A 50% Deposit is required on confirmation of support to the event.
• Full Payment is due after service is rendered and no later than one (1) week subsequently.
• Cancellation notification should be sent to at least 5 days prior to event. A full refund of deposit will be made. If cancellation occur is less than five days before the event, then 50% off the deposit will be refunded as a result.
• GT Media, Photography and Videography reserved the right to cancel any agreement made with you the client due to breaches of any of the above terms and conditions and we are all brand crew or equipment will be in anyway placed in jeopardy.
• Payment Methods: Cash, Bank Transfer, Cheque
• Transportation: $9000 - $15,000
